Morning Opening
First thing each school day, classes in grades 1 – 5 line up in the multi-purpose room for morning opening, which is led by the elementary principal. Three students are asked to assist by holding the flags and the Bible. The morning opening consists of:
- Pledge to the American Flag
- Patriotic Song
- Pledge to the Bible
- Bible Song
- Pledge to the Christian Flag
- Praise Chorus
- Memory Verse
- Prayer
Students are then dismissed to their classrooms to continue the rest of the school day.
