New Student Enrollment  -  Application Process  

 Call BCS (480-752-8993) to schedule an informational tour of the campus.  This provides an opportunity for your questions to be answered and for you to become more familiar with the many aspects of the school program.  

Complete the following application forms for admission.  All forms must be submitted along with required fees in order for the processing to begin.

• Submit a completed Application for Admission form along with the non-refundable $100 application fee and $220 tuition deposit fee.  Only the $220 tuition deposit fee will be refunded if the student is not accepted for enrollment.
• Submit a copy of child's Birth Certificate
• Read and sign Parental Commitment and Support form.
• Distribute Teacher Reference, Personal Reference, and Church Reference forms. 
• Transfer of Records Request Form
• Private School Affidavit - Please notarize and mail to Private School Services.
• Photo Release
• Emergency Information & Immunization Records  (2pages)
• Release Form (Pick-up List)
• Over-the-counter Medication Release Form
• Complete Financial Agreement formand attach a voided check for EFT payments.
• Submit a copy of last year's report card and most recent standardized test scores.

Principal Interview - After the completed application packet has been reviewed by the principal, you will be contacted by the office to schedule an interview with one of the principals.

Academic Placement - All student applicants will be given an academic placement test prior to admission and grade level placement. You will be contacted by BCS to schedule an assessment appointment.
