Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance Guidelines

Several financial aid options are available. Families are responsible for submitting their own paperwork and records within the designated deadlines. BCS does not have merit scholarships. Assistance is based upon financial need.

All families wishing to apply for financial aid must complete the following steps:

  • Completed BCS enrollment process for the 2012-2013 school year by February 15, 2012, including payment of tuition deposit and submission or updates of all paperwork, AND
  • Submit the FAST financial aid application accessed via our school website (FAST button is located on the home page under "Quick Links" on left side bar).  The FAST application must be submitted with the applicable fee by February 15, 2012.  FAST application fee is $36 payable by VISA or MC at time of submission.  The applications will be reviewed and a recommendation to BCS will be made as to whether you qualify for financial aid and the amount of that assistance.  PLEASE NOTE:  BCS will notify you by April 15th of any financial assistance awarded.

BCS financial aid is not intended to fully fund a student’s tuition.

Maximum aid available is 50% of tuition.

There are many qualifying factors considered by FAST in the recommendation of financial aid for students.  You may also be pro-active in acquiring financial assistance for your children by utilizing the Arizona Private School Tuition Tax Credit (APSTTC), which allows donors to make contributions recommending your children.  You may not recommend your own child, but others may.  The Tuition Tax Credit allows $500 donations by single people and $1000 donations by married couples.  Visit www.acsto.com for further details.

We also encourage our families to enroll and participate in T.R.I.P (Tuition Reduction Incentive Program).  There are hundreds of participating vendors to choose from and each purchase generates a direct credit back to your school account.

Please inquire at the school finance office for further information and brochures regarding the Tuition Tax Credit or T.R.I.P.
