Tuition Reduction Incentive Program
This program was originally instituted to help relieve the burden that tuition payments put on some of the BCS families. BCS families, along with their friends, co-workers, and extended families have ordered almost $1,000,000 dollars in TRIP certificates since the program began in 2003. (TRIP certificates are gift certificates that can be used like cash.) The families that purchase the certificates through TRIP have earned well over $100,000 dollars in tuition credits during this time. It is a simple concept that requires little more than weekly preplanning on the part of the families that use the program. You decide where you will shop and how much you will spend.
The certificates spend like cash and most stores are happy to give a small amount of change. Many of the certificates now come as plastic prepaid debit cards from which the exact amount of your purchase can be deducted, thereby eliminating the need for change.
Check out the list of stores and the rebate percentage each will give you in the form of tuition credit. You can even begin to accrue Tuition credit before your child is enrolled. We will hold the money for you until your child is a student here. Tuition earned by current BCS families is credited on a monthly basis to their tuition account. (No cash will be given out if the child never attends BCS, but you may tell us, in writing, to which account you would like the credit applied.)

How do I participate?
To participate in the BCS T.R.I.P. program, simply complete the enrollment form and return it to the school office as soon as possible. Your account must be set up before you can place your first order.
Order schedule
Orders must be dropped off on Mondays before 8:30am.Orders received AFTER 8:30 am on order days will be processed with the following order...NO EXCEPTIONS.
Orders can be picked up on Wednesday after 3:15pm.
Note: The order schedule is subject to change, specially during summer and Christmas season. Please check the current newsletter for any schedule changes.
Restrictions
BCS does not accept returns of certificates and/or gift cards and cannot give refunds on any scrip purchased.
Don’t forget to study the restrictions or check with the store (before you make your purchase) if you are unsure about how to spend the gift certificates/cards.
